The world has changed dramatically.

Inflation, the housing market, gas prices, etc…

I need to be moving up, and with all of these added costs, I’m moving in the wrong direction. living in today’s economy costs significantly more than in 2019 – the last time I received a significant raise.

Even if I wanted to, I can no longer sustain myself on the amount that I am currently making.
On top of that, after two years, I’m more aware of how much creative potential I have to offer. which is why I am asking you now.

A raise would benefit the both of us. Here’s how:

AMBITION

Lower salary equals lower productivity.

And in order to hit my protentional, I need more money. With ambition comes purpose. And when I feel needed and valued, I give 110%.

Think of me like a really nice car that hasn’t received an oil change in two years. I can perform so much more, I just need oil.

SPEAKING OF CARS,

I work for a multi-billion dollar company and all I can afford is a beat-up chevy van with a broken heater.

A raise would give me the opportunity to afford a better car, better clothing, and ultimately look and act more professional.

I want to look like I work for Dow’s studio team, not McDonald’s, and I know you want that too.

ALREADY AN ASSET

In the last two years I have taken on the role of Virtual Floor Director, and I have done a more than exceptional job at it. I represent the studio daily and I take that very seriously.

I have proven time and time again that I’m a valuable asset to the Studio Team, no matter where you put me. Need a photographer? I’ll give you a great photo. Floor Director? no problem. Teleprompter? you got it. Editor, videographer, production coordinator, audio mixer, pa, actor? I do it without question. Every Production Specialist can vouch for me and my capabilities.

Everyone loves working with me. Within our studio and even more importantly, within Dow.

I’m on a name-to-name basis with every single member of our top leadership in the company. Thousands more across Dow recognize me and look forward to working with me.

Below are some of the Recognitions I’ve received over the last year. These are only the ones that have specifically named me and not the studio.

RECOGNITIONS:

ADDED BENEFITS

Lastly, here’s my cherry on top.

I truly believe that I help make this place a better working environment for all of my coworkers.

People need fun. People need humor. Without it, this place becomes mundane. I contribute what I can to entertain, even when I feel underappreciated.

here are a few examples of what I bring not to the company, but to my coworkers.

So, that’s everything I have to share.

I love my job and I love my coworkers.

I am asking for $25.00 an hour.

It’s the hourly offer that I am receiving from similar jobs.

That’s more than reasonable given my abilities and potential.

If you would like to discuss or have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Hopefully, you’ve enjoyed this website approach.
